According to the most current quarterly figures from Statistics Netherlands (Central Bureau of Statistics)​, approximately 10.4% of the working population is actively looking for a new job (3.5% unemployed + 7.1% employed).

Another additional advantage is that you do not have to compete with vacancies from other companies on, for example, job boards or recruiters with multiple clients in the same industry.
