Challenge

Kyocera used a direct approach to lead generation that turned out to be suboptimal in terms of costs and inflow of leads. A more focused and integrated strategy was needed.

Solution

A phased campaign strategy was developed together. This strategy uses the mapped buyer journey to better understand and effectively address the target group. In this way we can stimulate the buyer journey at critical points and stimulate lead generation.

Result

The new phased approach led to an increase in the number of leads, at a lower cost.
